How long will my order take to ship?
Current processing times are:

Custom Appliqué Orders: up to 3 weeks

All Other Orders: up to 2 weeks
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Can I send in my own fabric for a custom appliqué?
Absolutely! That’s what makes our keepsake pieces so special. You can mail or drop off your fabric — whether it’s a baby onesie, wedding dress scrap, or another sentimental piece — and we’ll use it to create your custom design.
Once your order is placed, we’ll send fabric mailing instructions to ensure it arrives safely.

Are all sales final?
Because most of our pieces are handmade and customized, custom appliqué and keepsake items are final sale.
For general embroidered or DTF items (non-custom), we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Who pays for shipping when sending in my fabric?
Customers are responsible for the cost of mailing their fabric to InSpires Embroidery.
You’re welcome to choose any shipping method you prefer — we recommend using a tracked option for peace of mind.
Can I make changes after I place my order?
If you notice an error or want to make a change, please email InSpiresEmbroidery@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Once production begins, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to help!

How do I care for my custom sweatshirt?
To help your piece last for years to come, we recommend:
