Refund Policy

At InSpires Embroidery, every order is made with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our work, our refund policy varies by product type.

🧵 Custom Appliqué & Keepsake Items

All custom appliqué and keepsake pieces made from your personal fabrics (such as baby onesies, wedding dress material, or other sentimental items) are final sale.
These are one-of-a-kind creations made specifically for you, so no refunds, returns, or exchanges can be accepted once production has started.

If your custom item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end (wrong text, color, or design), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right with a repair, replacement, or store credit.

✨ DTF & Embroidered General Items

For non-customized items (like general embroidered designs or DTF prints not made with personal materials), we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to an error on our end, we’ll cover return shipping.
