Welcome to inspires embroidery

By purchasing from InSpires Embroidery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Handmade & Custom Nature

Each piece is handmade, meaning slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur — these unique touches make every item special and are not considered defects.
Custom appliqué items made using your personal fabrics (like baby onesies, wedding dress material, or other keepsake items) are final sale once production has begun.

2. Ordering Process

Please double-check all order details — including size, color, text, and spelling — before submitting.
If you notice an error, email inspiresembroidery@gmail.com as soon as possible. While changes aren’t guaranteed, we’ll do our best if production hasn’t started yet.

3. Shipping & Processing

Processing times vary depending on order type and current workload. Estimated turnaround times are listed at checkout or on our website.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses.
Once shipped, InSpires Embroidery is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend choosing tracked shipping for peace of mind.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

Custom Appliqué & Keepsake Items: Final sale (no returns or refunds).
DTF & Embroidered General Items: Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

5. Use of Personal Fabrics

By sending your personal fabrics, you acknowledge that they may be cut, altered, or permanently changed during production.
We handle each piece with the utmost care, but InSpires Embroidery is not responsible for damage or loss related to the condition of materials provided.

6. Social Media & Content Use

We love sharing the stories behind our creations! By purchasing from us, you grant InSpires Embroidery permission to share photos or videos of your finished product on our website, social media, or marketing materials.

We will never share personal photos or private stories without your explicit consent.
If you prefer your order not be shared, simply let us know at checkout or email inspiresembroidery@gmail.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, and website content are the property of InSpires Embroidery and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required before production begins.
