Processing Time

Each order from InSpires Embroidery is handmade with care. Processing times may vary depending on the type of item ordered and current order volume.
Most orders ship within 7–14 business days, though custom or keepsake appliqué pieces may take longer. Estimated processing times are always listed at checkout or on the product page.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at inspiresembroidery@gmail.com before placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests whenever possible.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping options:

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $65 or more
Flat Rate Shipping: $10 for orders under $65
Free Local Pickup — available in Shelby Township, MI by appointment

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Local Pickup

If you select local pickup at checkout, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup details and scheduling instructions.
Please wait for confirmation before coming to pick up your order, as all items are made to order and require preparation time.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

For peace of mind, we recommend selecting tracked shipping and double-checking your address before submitting your order.

International Shipping

At this time, InSpires Embroidery ships within the U.S. only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned by following us on social media or joining our email list for updates!
